Because our items are unique pre-loved products, we only accept returns in limited cases:
Eligible Returns:
Returns may be accepted only if:
✅ The wrong item was delivered
✅ Item was significantly different from description/photos
⏳ Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
📸 Clear photos required for review
Not Accepted:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Wrong size/fit
❌ Damage caused after delivery
❌ Wear consistent with pre-loved condition
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be:
✅ Issued via original payment method
⏳ Processed within 7–10 working days
Return courier cost is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
